Your personal data is viewed and used by Cartiere del Garda S.p.A. which becomes owner of the data, in full accordance with Italian Law on personal data protection (Labour Act 196/03). The processing of your data, for which we guarantee to be fully confidential, is performed both electronically and on paper in order to send you the promotional materials you have requested. Your data will neither be communicated nor divulged to any third party. Your data may be viewed and used by the appropriate staff of the Marketing and Sales Department at Cartiere del Garda S.p.A. The Commercial General Director is in charge of personal data processing. Your data, if you agree, may be used in the future, to send you promotional material (via e-mail, fax, mail or telephone) and/or give you information about future initiatives and promotions by our company. In accordance with Article 7 of the Italian Civil Code regarding personal data protection, you are entitled to obtain confirmation about whether we have your personal data, even if not yet recorded, and to have them communicated to you in a readable way. You are also entitled to have your personal data updated and modified, or, when this is in your interest, supplemented. You are also entitled to have data, which has been processed illegally, cancelled, rendered anonymous or blocked, including data that is not necessary to keep for the purposes for which they have been gathered or subsequently processed, to obtain certification that these operations are communicated to those who have received the data communicated or divulged. You are also entitled to totally or partly oppose the processing of your personal data for legitimate purposes. You can exercise this opposition right with respect to commercial and advertising materials, market surveys and commercial communications.
